AMCCRS.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively 'AMCCRS') provide you access to a variety of services, including, but not limited to, the AMCCRS website, AMCCRS mobile application and all services available through our website (collectively ‘Services’).

These TERMS OF USE (TERMS) govern access to and use of AMCCRS’s Services. The term 'AMCCRS' or 'us' or 'we' or 'our' or 'company' or 'AMC' refers to the owners, managers and employees of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of AMCCRS’s Services.

These TERMS apply to your use of AMCCRS's Services. Please read them carefully for, by using AMCCRS Services, you agree to be bound by them.

What you see on our Services may be protected by one or more laws regarding intellectual property. Any unauthorized use of the content available through our platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The CCRS (Comprehensive Complaint Redressal System) is a web based enterprise solution that allows Municipal Corporation to enhance citizen satisfaction through comprehensive service management and efficient service delivery.

CCRS automates entire complaint process right from registration to closure. It also enforces service level policies to ensure the complaint gets attended by right department, within desired timeline and gets escalated to higher authorities for their attention and intervention, on non-compliance of service level / quality.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, modify or unpublish any content on our platforms without any notice. AMC adheres to fair use policy for content that it receives from other sources. AMC is not responsible for any, loss financial or personal, that you may incur as a result of the unauthorized use of your account or account information.

You can comment on AMC. By posting such content, you give us permission to use it to do what we reasonably believe necessary to provide our Service both now and in the future, including storing, displaying, reproducing and distributing your content.

You’re responsible for the content you publish through AMCCRS and assume all risk associated with it, including anyone else’s reliance on its accuracy or legal claims that might stem from publication.

We take the security of AMCCRS very seriously. We use reasonable practices to protect the security of your account and the data associated with it, but we can’t guarantee that someone won’t be able to defeat our security measures.

Eligibility: As per Indian laws, the user(s) must be at least 12 years of age to be eligible to use our services. In case you are from outside India and below the age of 12, kindly use AMCCRS under parental guidance.

Limitations of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, AMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the Services.

Jurisdiction: The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ahmedabad, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of AMCCRS Services.

Arbitration: If you become disgruntled with AMCCRS for any reason, we strongly encourage you to contact us at info@ahmedabadcity.gov.in and we’ll do our best to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Here we will try our best to explain you in simple terms what information we collect about you, what we use it for, and the few situations in which we share it with others. It applies to all interactions you have with AMC Services.

You don’t need to create an account to see the content available on our services. However, if you want to contribute and interact, we will ask you to create an account. Your profile may automatically include your name and username.

We may ask for additional information, including your name, address, email id, Mobile No, IMEI No., photograph and advertise id of your mobile device. We receive some other information automatically when you use AMCCRS, such as your IP address, camera access, and location info through GPS.
